Fire damaged clothes cleaners

We specialise in the cleaning and restoration of fire, smoke and water damaged clothes and general household textiles. We use the best chemical additives on the market coupled with years of experience to produce restoration results second to none.

This service is only applicable to items that can be removed from site and cleaned in our processing factory. Our vans can collect and deliver your items within London and the M25.

Our prices are suprisingly reasonable even before you take into account our high salvage and restoration rates.

It is important you entrust your items to a company with specialist experience in this type of work as correct procedures can make a big difference to the restoration success rate. Please consult with us or your fire management agent before attempting to clean your items yourself as you could end up setting some types of smoke and soot damage permenently.

OUR METHODS

Firstly we carry out a thorough appraisal of the types of damage with special attention to things like the type of smoke damage (eg pungent plastic etc). We then sort as many items as possible for washing as this normally produces the most favourable results. Using our years of experience we know which dry clean only items can also be gently laundered. If necessary prior to cleaning we use our ozone deodorising process. The ozone combines with the smoke molecules causing them to breakdown. Again if necessary we will hoover out soot and similar dusts prior to cleaning as these can permently mark textiles once in they come into contact with liquids . We then dry clean or launder your items with special chemical additives combined with extra long pre wash cycles. We often reclean to produces improved results.

We believe we offer the highest possible rectification and restoration rate. Our years of experience with this type of work ensures that the minimum number of your damaged items will need replacing. Many of our customers are insurance companies or loss adjusters who know our restoration rates will greatly reduce claims. (References available on request.)

For loss adjusters this means we can reduce the ALE expense by returning wearable and usable clothing and textiles almost immediately. (Often 1-2 days if necessary)
