Service availability:
One of our drivers can often be at your door within an hour of your call, of course this will depend on your location. We do however prefer at least 6 hours notice and a time band of 1 hour or more, which allows us to provide an altogether more reliable service. Our team is available throughout the day, from 7:30AM to 9PM, Monday to Saturday and operate on the following areas of Central London:
How to order:
- Call 020 7289 9123 to arrange an on-demand pick-up/delivery as and when you need it or schedule a permanent pick-up/delivery on one or more days of the week. (Phone lines open from 7:30AM to 10PM, 7 days a week, or email us)
- We collect your items from you or your porter, receptionist, house-keeper, etc... We recommend that your items are placed in a laundry bag with a list of all of its contents and any special instructions. Click here to print collection note.
- Your items will then be professionaly cleaned and delivered back to you as requested. You can pay on account, cash/cheque to driver or by credit card over the telephone.
